The word “Social” has never been so popular on internet after series of social websites came into existance. Social websites got into quick success one after another and few dominated demographically like Myspace, Facebook more popular in US, UK. Google’s Orkut more into Indian subcontinent. Whatever is the service, the bottomline is same.. more social tools for users to interact with their friends and family. And there came social bookmarking to share urls with others. Just lately Google announced its upcoming product Friend connect that helps users to view friends from all other social websites. Not just Google, myspace and facebook announced last week about profile sharing accross other sites. The service providers are getting into more “social” with each other and thats really a good thing for users.

With more social sites getting popular around, sites offering SEO services scope has expanded alot. This gives more opporutnity for website owners to promote their site using various tools. I have seen myself the amount of traffic flowing from social sites is pretty good.
