UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter

On the Wednesday morning of October 7, 2009 I was sitting in my living room and chilling out having coffee. I heard these helicopter noise and I looked through the window to see two Black Hawk Choppers are flying very low heading towards the US Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base, New Orleans which is 10 min drive from my apt. It was interesting to look at these choppers very closely.

The New Orleans base has the following units

* Fourth Marine Aircraft Wing
* Marine Air Group 42 DET C
* Patrol Squadron 94
* Strike Fighter Squadron 204
* 159th Tactical Fighter Group (LAANG)
* 159th Fighter Wing
* 926th Tactical Fighter Wing (AFRES)
* USCG Air Station New Orleans
* NCTAMS LANT Det New Orleans
