Microsoft’s struggle to spearhead into search engine market has taken a new dimension. Microsoft announced today that they will be offering discounts to their consumers who perform internet shopping via Microsoft’s search engine. Using Live search, consumers will get a refund from the participating merchants when they order an item. The merchant’s discounts may vary between 2 to 20 percent. Undoubtedly, Google is the dominant leader in search engine market. However, Microsoft’s attempt will certainly bring new air into this field.

You need to create an account for visiting the merchant’s site. I could find almost all major line of merchants like Circuit city, homedepot, Sears, newegg, barnes & nobles, ebags and many more.
I didn’t tried purchasing anything from here yet to recommend to use this or not. But if you are buying from these sites directly, it is better to take the advantage of this discounts.
